Do you have a lot of cracks or potholes? Our team can come fix those for you. Aesthetically, we recommend a new sealcoat after crack repairs. We can also mill the top layer and place a new top coat if needed.

Asphalt Maintenance
1. Regular Cleaning • Remove dirt, debris, and standing water to prevent deterioration. • Clean oil, gas, or chemical spills as soon as possible using a degreaser. 2. Sealcoating • Apply a sealcoat every 2–3 years to protect against UV rays, water, and chemicals. • Sealcoating helps prevent cracks and extends the life of the pavement. 3. Crack Sealing • Fill cracks promptly to prevent water from seeping in and causing deeper damage. • Use asphalt crack filler for small cracks and professional repair for larger ones. 4. Pothole Repair • Fill potholes immediately to prevent further damage and safety hazards. • Use cold patch for temporary fixes and hot mix asphalt for long-term repairs. 5. Proper Drainage • Ensure water drains away from the asphalt to prevent erosion and cracking.
